Coluracetam, IDRA-21, and PRL-8-53.

Anyone want to speculate on these two recently available compound's (IDRA-21 and PRL-8-53) interactions with Coluracetam?
Does anyone think they would be safe or unsafe to experiment with (ideally low dose) combinations of these three, or a combination of two out of the three?

I can speculate, but I am not sure how accurate I am. I have taken both coluracetam and IDRA-21 now. However, I have only just started the IDRA-21, and at a small dosage. So there is not much I can definitively say about it yet.
Coluracetam's AMPA effects seem fairly mild. Perhaps a little stronger than aniracetam. The choline uptake enhancement seems to be the primary mechanism for its mood effects. I don't notice a lot of memory enhancement on it.
IDRA-21 seemed to give me a little stimulation this morning. I will need more time to get a feel for it.
PRL-8-53 potentiates dopamine, and decreases serotonin. It also has cholinergic affinities. It doesn't seem to be a sympathomimetic, so it should not lead to overstimulation. However, I am unsure of its effect on glutamate. However, it when combined with amphetamine, it did not lead to an increase in stimulant effect (in mice). So that would lead me to believe it is not increasing extracellular glutamate.
I would not combine them until we can get more data. If you do choose to combine them, take it slow and start with small doses of each. PRL-8-53 does look interesting, as it did lead to a 46% increase in data retention at 1 week. However, I cannot comment on the safety, or why nobody has thought to do anything with it the last 30 years.
