Coluracetam discussion: sublingual vs oral?

I'm surprised at the lack of discussion on coluracetam going on! It's been out for a little while now (a week or two?) from New Star Nootropics and Nootropics Depot.
What do you all, who've acquired it, think about coluracetam?
Do you think oral or sublingual dosing is more effective?
What doses have you been using?
How are the effects?
Personally, I have been doing between 10-15mg both sublingually and orally. I can't discern which is the more effective method. Oral seems to potentially last a bit longer, but is likely more subtle. As far as the effects go I would say I'm not quite sure how much cognitive benefit I've had, however what I have noticed is that, overall, I'm happier! There is a notable amount of sociability and anxiolytic benefit. When I think back about my day and previous days, I notice that I have a more positive outlook.
This is all subjective and I can't rule out placebo, but it's been my experience thus far regardless.

The stuff we received was not even coluracetam.
Ok, terrifying. Do you think it was a mistake and they unknowingly sent you a different substance or do you think they were stalling for time and sent whatever they had on hand hoping you wouldn't notice? You mentioned the powder tested negative for coluracetam, have you had a GC-MS test done to figure out what it is? If the Chinese supplier accidentally shipped the wrong substance maybe its a pure form of something interesting.
I'm sure sourcing info is not generally shared between suppliers, but do you know if anyone else has purchased coluracetam from them? After the pyritinol et al. incident, I don't trust the average nootropics company to be even half as vigilant as you've been. Have other vendors in the marketplace been warned about the situation?

Who knows how the mixup happened. We are not going to pay to have the substance identified. The physical properties do not match any racetam we know of, so there is no point in wasting more time and money on it. They either deliberately deceived us, and thought we were too stupid to notice, or they are too stupid to know what they are selling.
Nobody else has purchased from them, and they have since taken down their listings for coluracetam. We are going into mediation with the supplier to try and get our money back. It's very annoying.
