It's been seven months since I made this post: http://www.reddit.com/r/Nootropics/comments/199n7l/modafinil_posts/

We had a lull in the modafinil posts for a while, but now they are back in full swing. I just want to remind everyone that this is a subreddit for discussing all nootropics, not just beating modafinil to death. Many of the recent posts are on topics that have been answered many times before, or belong in /r/StackAdvice. Please direct all personal questions about your specific stack to /r/StackAdvice, unless it is a strange reaction and/or is more of a general question about mechanisms. If you have a question about modafinil, please read the FAQ first. If you still have questions, use the search function before making your post. I can almost guarantee there are multiple posts dealing with your issue/question.

Our intent here is not to dissuade new users from posting, or to make you feel unwelcome. However, many users get tired of constantly seeing the same posts over and over regarding modafinil. Many of those users are then less likely to post new and interesting information. So it is in all of our best interest to keep…

Yep. Although 20 readers versus 25 thousand is kinda a big difference. I'll just stick to the comments for now until it picks up a bit.

Yeah, this is just the first day. The more we direct people there, the more readers will come. New and interesting information can still be posted here. That is just for any and all discussions on modafinil/adrafinil that people want to have.

The results from our latest round of testing are in. We all had a pretty good idea that the Bacognize would fair well, as Nootropics Depot's tests showed. However, we now have 3rd party results confirming it. * Lead- .0

Here to warn the community that I've experienced debilitating rebound anxiety when taking l-theanine. It was 100 percent this substance. Quit a week ago and back to baseline. Theanine is going in the trash.

> Exactly why I take recommendations in this sub with a grain of salt (you're right about modafinil) but I have a sneaking suspicion naysayers are being buried. This just confirms it. What are you on about? You are cur

Found Nootropics in sons room.

Talk to him about it. Modalet is just Modafinil. It is a lot safer than the Amphetamine he is on for ADHD. However, he should make sure you are okay with everything he is doing. You are his parent, afterall. But you need

Why is Modafinil considered a "smart-drug" while amphetamines are not considered "smart drugs"?

I think many people consider amphetamine a smart drug. The main objective difference is that Modafinil has been shown to be neuroprotective, while amphetamine can be neurotoxic. That's all in the dosages, though. [Even g
