Been taking Noopept for almost a month now but apparently i've been taking a really really low dose...what're the typical dosages?!

I've been taking 10mg 3x/day (30mg total). I could have sworn that I saw somewhere that 30mg was the standard dose but when i realized that I haven't felt much, i figured I'd ask :(

10mg is a very low dose if you are taking it orally. Probably totally ineffective. I like 10mg twice per day sublingually.
