Homemade solution based nootropics

Hey guys!
I'm having trouble keeping to a dosing schedule using a scale and powder every day when you're in a hurry, and so when i saw ceretropics way of selling a dropper solution, which you can quickly and accurately dose with, i was very interested.
I may yet buy from them, but i want to create such a solution out of the stock i have left. For example noopept. A simple dropper flask is easy to acquire, and ceretropic state their solution ingredients as Glycerin and propylene glycol, also very cheap ingredients.
So i was wondering if any of you had any previous experience, knew of the solubility, or what kind of chemical stability they would have. I'd hate to have reactions occurring that renders it useless or even toxic.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thank you for replying MisterYouAreSoSumb, i didn't want to be rude by discussing it and i understand that you won't publish any formulas. Thanks for the advice, i will look into the chemistry and perhaps try a small amount.
Interesting that you need a polar aprotic solvent for adrafinil.
Thanks for your work and concern!

Yeah, the adrafinil threw us for a loop. It seems that it's most soluble in methanol. Obviously we cannot use that. A close second is ethanol. However, I am not sure how high a concentration we would have to go to get it right. We may end up just selling it in powder form, since 300mg is a fairly high dose in a solution; especially when it's not very soluble.
