Homemade solution based nootropics

Hey guys!
I'm having trouble keeping to a dosing schedule using a scale and powder every day when you're in a hurry, and so when i saw ceretropics way of selling a dropper solution, which you can quickly and accurately dose with, i was very interested.
I may yet buy from them, but i want to create such a solution out of the stock i have left. For example noopept. A simple dropper flask is easy to acquire, and ceretropic state their solution ingredients as Glycerin and propylene glycol, also very cheap ingredients.
So i was wondering if any of you had any previous experience, knew of the solubility, or what kind of chemical stability they would have. I'd hate to have reactions occurring that renders it useless or even toxic.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Whatever you do, don't let any water into the solution. It will break apart the molecule. I won't make our ratios public, but the ingredients are propylene glycol, vegetable glycerine, and sucralose.
Other molecules are going to have different solubility, so the solutions will vary. We are noticing an issue with adrafinil not wanting to stay in solution. This is due to the molecule not being very soluble in water or lipids. It may take something like DMSO to provide the solubility we need. We are working on that as we speak.
