Capsule filling: powder densities and filler ratios.

Hi everyone,
First time writer; please assume I know nothing about this, as I don't want to miss any basics out!
I've ordered L-Theanine & Caffeine powders, a 00 Cap-M-Quik kit, and some capsules. I'm trying to ascertain the proportions of caffeine:theanine:creatine (for filler) so the capsules are full, based on a 100:200mg caffeine:theanine mix.
I'm sure there was a calculator/spreadsheet that allowed you to put in the noots you use, the filler, and the cap size, and then it would calculate it all for you, but I can't find it. If anyone could link it to me, or generally help, then that would be ace...!
Cheers!
[edit] Also, I can't find the powder density for l-theanine anywhere. Does anyone have a value I can use?

The volumes are going to vary too much for you to be accurate. You will have to weigh each dose individually, then fill the rest of the space with your filler. It's the only way to be accurate on a scale like that.
