This makes no sense, your initial blurb was how scary 625 was. Spoons are notoriously hard to get repeated measurements (concave bottom and piles vary wildly in height depending on a lot of factors (heat, humidity, etc) and you could easy end up dosing your self 400-500 with out realizing it. Its 18$ for two hundred pills of 100mg where I live (Canada) and this is much safer. Messing around with drugs and scales is incredibly dangerous (this is caffeine though, unless your taking grams at a time (shudders) your not at any real risk) and its best not to do it. Plus you won't have a giant bag of white powder lying around.

Keep in mind, someone on Longecity has already gone to the hospital after mixing sunifiram and a little too much caffeine. Don't underestimate the substance.

Techniques for maintaining Caffeine effectiveness?

Am I the only one that never gets caffeine withdrawal? I can take 800mg/day for weeks, then stop cold turkey and be fine. My girlfriend misses one morning without coffee, and gets headaches and bad mood.
