How should I approach methylation pathway supplements

Using my 23andme.com data, I've found that I'm a ++ for VDR Taq, MAO A R297R, MTHFR C677T, MTRR A66G, MTRR A664A, and CBS A360A. I'm a +- for COMT V158M, COMT H62H, BHMT-02, BHMT-04, BHMT-08.
Reading online, it looks like I might want look into supplementing with vitamin D, methyl-b12, 5-MTHF, and maybe p5p, SAMe, TMG, niacin, and lithium.
I was thinking I'd start with
* 500mcg methyl-b12
* 400mcg 5-mthf
If that goes ok for a week, change it to:
* 1000mcg methyl-b12
* 800mcg 5-mthf
* (maybe with 50mg niacin?)
I'm currently taking 2000iu vitamin D daily. I might try to schedule a blood test and see where I'm at on 25(OH)D then see if I need more. (If so, maybe bump up to 5000iu.)
The other supplements, I'm not sure how to approach.

I use methyl-B12 and trimethylglycine, and it works well. I would add SAMe into the mix if it were not so expensive.
