Can I take nootropics in powder form?

I'd much rather be able to mix powders in water and drink that than try to swallow a pill, so is it possible to do that? Specifically Choline, Theanine, and Piracetam?

Yes, you definitely can do that. The piracetam might be a little off-putting with the taste. However, it's not really that bad.
