2-Part Question: Do any of these cause false positives on drug tests? How should I schedule taking them?

All of that stuff is completely legal in the US. You're mostly taking polyphenols and MAO-I's, but that stuff isn't unique to any illicit substances, and can be found in a diet. I've heard of athletic dope tests testing for SAM-e in Europe, but it's legal in the states and not considered illicit.
False positives happen because drug tests usually test for the metabolites unique to the illicit chemical rather than the chemical itself. Sometimes those metabolites are synthesized in pathways that cross ones used for illicit drugs, making the test appear positive for drug use. I highly doubt you would get any false positives with the above substances.
Timing is unique to how your normal day would be, and how much your taking of each substance. It's ideal to take smaller doses repeatedly throughout the day, but that might not be convenient. Take a dose in the morning and maybe an hour before before you eat (if you want to dose on an empty stomach) or after you eat if you get nauseous from taking pills.
I would be careful taking 5-HTP everyday, especially with an MAO-I. Increasing serotonin levels at that steady of a pace after two weeks not only up-regulates serotonin, but serotonin receptors on post-synaptic sites. So when you say miss a dose or the 5-HTP didnt metabolize completely, it can make you really sad because your brain is so used to all the excess serotonin, especially…

I think you mean down-regulates the 5-HT receptors. Higher extracellular 5-HT will lead to down-regulation of the post-synaptic serotonin receptors.
