I'm just curious how many people here are trying to use nootropics to solve some problem?
Similarly shout if you consider yourself to be mentally healthy/balanced and are trying to improve cognition in some way.
I have tried a good few noots at this stage but in reality the thing I am always chasing is an improvement in mood and motivation. Sure improvements in memory etc would be nice but mainly I just want to feel good and be motivated to get things done. I have been quite prone to bouts of apathy and depression at times. Certainly some of the ones I have tried have been helpful here.
I'm not really taking much at the moment since college finished. Mainly I am trying out ashwagandha which does help my mood but I started to feel strange after using it constantly for over week so I gave it a break.
I also made a Yes/No poll.
