Thanks for the links, man. I read a lot about people recommending EGCG with stuff like 5-HTP. I was wondering if there's a specific brand one would recommend for it.

I just the NOW brand, as it has 200mg EGCG in each capsule. 400mg total, 50% EGCG, 80% catechins.
