Ah, I wish they made more such accidents. They charge a lot for shipping for d-cycloserine so I could never really justify the expense. I've tried sarcosine to see if it would have a similar effect and it made me feel odd/overstimulated in possibly the same way. Never used it again for fear I might be doing damage. I guess d-cycloserine wouldn't be much safer in that regard.

Yeah, I don't see it as very useful in healthy individuals. It definitely makes you feel "off" in a stimulated sort of way. Add in some positive modulation of the AMPA receptors, and you are just asking for excitotoxicity.
