There's 4 posts on sources on the front page today alone and more keep getting submitted, it's getting tedious especially with more than enough information in previous posts, the FAQ and elsewhere.

Using CSS I believe. In the same way it pops up when you are about to save a comment. I'll have to look into the specifics, but I'm sure it's possible.
