Piracetam (or maybe Noopept) Mints?

Original post in this thread

I found this instructable for creating Altoid like mints:
http://www.instructables.com/id/Homemade-Altoids-Recipe/

And I'm thinking what I'll do is add some Piracetam to the recipe, and make some Piracetam mints. This method requires no cooking, so its perfect.

Now that I think about it, Noopept may be a better substance. I still don't about it simply because I'd have to make sure the ingredient is spread evenly completely throughout.

I feel like this would be an awesome way to administer Noopept sublingually, and you can take it wherever and pop it and nobody will know the difference.
