What does /r/drugs think about noopept?

A friend of mine has started trying it and says that the results are great. I walked by him this morning and he said he wrote a five-page paper in two hours with its assistance. Being the end of the semester and all, this interests me greatly.
Does anyone here have any experience with it or know of any drawbacks or side effects? It just seems too good to be true from all that I have heard so far. Here is the wikipedia page on it

I'm on noopept right now, as well as a bunch of other things. It's great for raising NGF and BDNF. As /u/GonzoOrLife pointed out, /r/Nootropics will have all the info you are looking for. Also examine.com has good info on it.
