Do you still get the nootropic caffeine effects after tolerance sets in?

I wanted to know if the positive effects of caffeine, with respect to memory and concentration, are negated after you get tolerant to the caffeine (which usually happens within about a week of consistent use, I believe).
I know that you get tolerant to the caffeine and now NEED it to feel awake, but what I'm wondering is if this also means you need more caffeine just to have the positive effects of memory/concentration, etc. Thanks a lot!

I get more of the nootropic effects. Caffeine without tolerance just gets me anxious and buzzing like a bumblebee. Caffeine is a rather "dirty" stim, so I expect a LOT of variance to this.

I wouldn't call it a dirty stim. I would call it a very non-selective stim. Since it indirectly affects so many different systems, it is dependent on a lot of other variables. There are a lot more "dirty" stims out there, for sure.
