This may sound strange, but I need some help with my doctor

Original post in this thread

Hey r/drugs. Today I had a very frustrating experience at the ER. About a decade ago, just after turning 18, I decided to go all out with my experimentation of drugs. Ive done every RC and street drug you could imagine. At the time, I was prescribed 2 mg of xanax as needed, and 800 mg of quetiapine before bed. I had been on this combo for about a year now, and things were great.

Eventually I got hooked on morphine, which led to buying H. When I signed myself into rehab, they took me off my xanax and seroquel. The first two weeks were Hell on earth, after taking such large amounts of seroquel for long, but I finished the 28 day program, and got discharged. Since my discharge, I have finished my ba, got a full time job, married the girl of my dreams, and bought a house. It was a massive amount of work, but somehow managed to stay sober except one or two weekends a month.

Now Im almost 30. And I feel like I cant go to a doctor, because of my past. I started having extreme anxiety attacks, and lots of pain after a few surgeries, and way too much stress. I went to a psych, who looked over my file and prescribed me buspar prn, because of my "history of drug use". Any if you who have e…

You could get kava for the anxiety and kratom for the pain. Both are legal and easy to get online. One is a benzo and the other an opioid.

Kanna- fantastic anxiolytic nootropic

Replying to Guthix47 · You sure? I mean there's kava bars and shit but kanna seems pretty unheard of. Where does it rank health wise between things like kava, kratom, and cannabis?

Kava has hepatotoxic compounds in its leaves. So poorly made extracts can cause liver damage. That's probably what you read. Kava root itself is pretty safe. Just don't get the leaves mix in the extract. There are no kn

Kratom just got me through some horrible pain after a shoulder injury

Replying to Mehtalface · I've never understood the problem of taste. I always mix it well with juice/smoothie and I barely notice it. It is kind of bitter, but honestly it is nothing compared to kava.

Grapefruit juice makes even the most potent tasting strains easy to drink.

Shoden vs Panamax

Replying to kavacoordinate · No I would say it's still kind of the median. I just haven't noticed any overt sense of well-being or energy or mood improvement when I take it.

Okay, so it is not making you agitated like ashwagandha. That's good. The mood and energy effects are subtle. It's not like taking a strong dose of kava or kratom. This is a more subtle supplement for daily use. Also, so

I've been personally testing mulungu for about a month now. We are working with a guy in Brazil who makes it. It's definitely good for sleep. No doubt about that. I prefer kava for daytime use, though. Mulungu just shuts
