AZ here too. I have a sand filled backyard with a tiki bar, and my downstairs is all tile. I just let the sand go where it wants. Who am I to tell it where to go?

Police of Reddit; what is your best "Nope, not worth it" story.

Replying to Xaliver · seriously? This is their job. Why are they so goddamn lazy- drunk drivers are serious dangers. At least the chicago guy had an excuse other than that it was too much bother.

It's current policy in Chicago to not respond to non-violent crimes. There are actually signs in certain parts of the city. Too much violent crime and not enough police to handle it.
