Looking for a powder that will not react with nootropics, but looks similar.

I have just ordered some piracetam, oxyracetam, noopept, and aniracetam, as well as some empty gel-caps. I plan to prepare five sets of pills (one will be a placebo) and have a friend label each set with a letter. The friend will withold the information of which chemical is which letter from me.
Then I will document my experience with each set, unaware of which nootropic (or placebo) it is.
Because dosage varies among these, I want to include additional filler powder in the gel caps so that I am not able to determine which is which by means of eyeballing the amount of powder present. As it stands I'll probably just use something from my kitchen like baking soda or flour. However, I thought there might be someone out there who is a bit more chemistry-minded than me that could recommend a filler. Any ideas?

I am using citric acid in my study. It masks everything completely, except for pramiracetam. Nothing can mask that battery acid!
