Looking for a powder that will not react with nootropics, but looks similar.

I have just ordered some piracetam, oxyracetam, noopept, and aniracetam, as well as some empty gel-caps. I plan to prepare five sets of pills (one will be a placebo) and have a friend label each set with a letter. The friend will withold the information of which chemical is which letter from me.
Then I will document my experience with each set, unaware of which nootropic (or placebo) it is.
Because dosage varies among these, I want to include additional filler powder in the gel caps so that I am not able to determine which is which by means of eyeballing the amount of powder present. As it stands I'll probably just use something from my kitchen like baking soda or flour. However, I thought there might be someone out there who is a bit more chemistry-minded than me that could recommend a filler. Any ideas?

It will probably be a while before I report back with results. I need to do more research to properly design the experiment, but as I'm imagining it right now it will take some time and go something like this:
Prepare ten sets of pills: 2 placebo, 2 piracetam, 2 oxyracetam, 2 noopept, 2 aniracetam. Each set will contain 28 pills, to be taken twice daily (morning and afternoon) for two weeks. Dosage and pattern will match, as closely as possible, whatever--as far as I'm able to determine--the general consensus thinks is best (if dosage is daily, the afternoonly pill will be a placebo).
Fill the pills with some kind of filler to prevent myself from eyeballing the amount and guessing the substance. Then have a friend relabel them (keeping track of which is which) A - J.
For each set of pills I'll go 2 weeks on, 1 week off, making notes daily. At the end of it we'll see if I'm able to determine which were repeats and which were placebo. That is, hopefully I can tell you that A and C were placebo, B and J were the same thing, D and E were the same, etc... Hopefully my notes will be detailed enough to learn something about the differences between these.
Edit: Any recommendations are welcome. I just learned of nootropics recently, so I'm sure many of you can help me improve this endeavor.

I should be ready to do final candidate selection soon, then ship the packages.
