For me it has been Alpha Brain from onnit. I bought 90 of them, felt nothing.

What they were answering

~~I did the math once; if I remember correctly, you'd have to take roughly 32 grams of Alpha Brain per day to stand any chance of getting the recommended dosages of everything it contains, assuming an even spread of all ingredients.~~ See note below.

For me, Aniracetam seems to be pretty hit or miss (more often miss than hit), so I am not including it in the newest iteration of my stack.

Edit: My bad on that, the 32g/day was for a different pre-made stack. I'm still kinda skeptical on Alpha Brain being worth it their; Vitamin B6 dosage is way too high, the Alpha GPC dosage is about 1/3 to 1/2 of recommended, the Huperzine dose is fine but not recommended to mix with Alpha GPC, Vinpocetine is too low (although not necessarily a recommended noot), their AC-11 is really just Cat's Claw and at 700mg/day they are about 1/2 of recommended, Phosphatidylserine dosage is about 1/4 of recommended, Bacopa is way too low, Pterostilbene is nowhere near the correct amount, L-Tyrosine is a little low, L-Theanine is fine, and the Oat Straw is fine.

Noopept/L-theanine/Bacopa showing massive reductions in stress level.

Ok, I will start off with a little back story. This week has been an extraordinarily crappy week for me. Without going into too many specifics, I was a victim of fraud earlier in the week. All my bank accounts and credit

Why do capsules always seem to be dosed to the max?

We offer noopept in 10mg and 30mg capsules. The sample pack is the 30mg, but that's the most commonly bought. The vast majority of people out there are getting the 30mg ones. 3mg is insanely low for most people. We can't

What hasn't worked for you

Replying to mind_in_a_box · So far, nothing worked for me. l-tyrosine, l-theanine, noopept, aniracetam, pramiracetam, oxiracetam. yes, I took a choline source with the racetams. first alpha gpc, then bitart

Try something other than a racetam. I barely use racetams anymore. There are a lot more effective things out there.

Bad first Aniracetam experience. Never touch again or try different combinations?

Energy and IQ - A common mechanism?

Replying to deh707 · Ah, thanks for the insight. I'm considering ashwagandha and ginseng, too. Funny how each category/sub-category of common nootropics have one property or the other (energizing or c

Totally different pathways. However, they are all linked. The energizing effects from racetams are glutamate mediated, where rhiodiola is β-adrenergic. Caffeine is adenosine mediated, which indirectly affects the other s
