TMJ after MDMA use?

Original post in this thread

So I've used MDMA/XTC 5 - 6 times in a little less than a year and lately my jaw sometimes locks up a bit or even almost pops out. I'm not entirely sure if I had the same problems before I started using but I was thinking the jaw clenching could have triggered/worsened my problems.

Last few times I rolled I did take magnesium/zinc/calcium to help with clenching and to alleviate some tourette's symptoms.

Can you get TMJ through drug use?

Yeah I got my eye on this one now: http://bit.ly/Ua4FKK (Dutch site because I'm Dutch)

Need to find new supplements for zinc and calcium then, any suggestions for them? Types I mean.

I just Google translated that page. It looks like the elemental magnesium in it is 240mg per 1000mg mag glycinate. This means that it is probably not fully reacted, but buffered. What that means is that the elemental magnesium is not fully chelated to the glycine molecule. Full chelation should be around 200mg elemental to 2000mg total weight. This is not a super big deal, but it means that it will not be absorbed as well as fully chelated. You might have to take 3 caps to get the same amount as my 2. If you can find one that speaks about chelation, that would be best.
