Any reason to not pre-grind herb?

Is there a reason why I shouldn't grind a shitload of weed and keep it ready in fine vape-ready form?

It depends on how you store it, and for how long. After grinding, there is going to be more surface area for oxidation to occur. This will lower the THC content of the bud, and raise the CBN content. If you do it, I would suggest using small, airtight, glass containers. The longer you store it, the more oxidation can occur.
