What legitimacy, if any, does this study have which claims that THC can reduce MDMA neurotoxicity in mice?

Yes, of course it would. If you have taken drugs that cause thermogenesis, any environmental factor that adds heat is exponential. Take a cold shower. It's better anyway. Heat on MDMA sucks. One of my best memories on MDMA is riding a bike through Amsterdam with cold rain pouring down on my face. The cold is better for your body, and it feels better.
