Alcohol diminishes the roll from my experience. I usually try and only drink one or two drinks while on MDMA. Usually if I get drunk before my roll, the roll is lessened as well. It does make the come up almost nonexistent, though.

Correct. The best way to stay safe on MDMA is to keep your body temperature as normal as you can. Heating it up in any way is just going to create the possibility of more neurotoxicity.

Yes, of course it would. If you have taken drugs that cause thermogenesis, any environmental factor that adds heat is exponential. Take a cold shower. It's better anyway. Heat on MDMA sucks. One of my best memories on MD

Are you forgetting about the MDMA? It induces thermogenesis. Your body can only do so much. Under normal circumstances, sure your body can regulate itself fairly well. When on various stimulants, not so much.

In the sense of neurotoxicity, yes. There are ways to mitigate the effects, though. Antioxidants, THC, magnesium, other electrolytes, and water all help.
