Series of Nootropic Infographics

Hey guys, me and the team at Elevated here are creating a series of infographics where we will be taking some of the more common questions and concepts in the world of Nootropics and breaking them down (with pictures!) to make them easier to understand. We're beginning with one showing the mechanisms of action involved with Racetam's and how they interact with your brain and it's neurotransmitters.
What we would like to ask all of YOU are what concepts/questions in the world of Nootropics would you like to have broken down clearly/made easier to understand?
Thanks guys!
EDIT: In case anyone is unsure of what we mean by "infographic" here is one that, stylistically, is well done (a concept communicated very effectively in a short amount of time): http://i4.minus.com/ifGJKcXOso8h4.png

What I would like to see is a neuron that has a bunch of binding sites listed out, and then the binding sites are labeled by what nootropics either agonize, antagonize, or otherwise modulate that site. MisterYouAreSoDumb did the proof of concept here.
Bonus points if it's written in HTML5.

Ohh hey, I just did that in MS Paint really quickly to illustrate what I was speaking about in my comment. It can be done much better than that.
