Nootropics for socializing

Original post in this thread

Hi All, I've recently found this subreddit and find nootropics, especially piracetam, very interesting. I recently took adderall before going out to socialize and really enjoyed the effects of it. I was thinking of doing something similar with nootropics, taking them purely before social activity, but am worried about the stories of combining it with alcohol. Are there any nootropics that you would suggest for this purpose or any general advice? Thanks.

Thanks

Believe both of these are illegal (assuming you're in the US).

Khat is a plant native to northern Africa that causes mild euphoria and is said to be a social stimulant - makes people more talkative and communicative.

MDMA has gained a reputation as a "party" drug, but a lot of research is being done now into using it for therapeutic reasons, most famously as an incredibly effective remedy for PTSD. It's not the same for everyone, but for many it has the effect of lowering self-imposed "walls" that we erect between us and others - lowering social inhibition and perceived barriers to communication without the loss of lucidity that comes with alcohol use.

Nootropics, man. He asked about nootropics. Neither khat nor MDMA are.
