Nootropics for socializing

Hi All, I've recently found this subreddit and find nootropics, especially piracetam, very interesting. I recently took adderall before going out to socialize and really enjoyed the effects of it. I was thinking of doing something similar with nootropics, taking them purely before social activity, but am worried about the stories of combining it with alcohol. Are there any nootropics that you would suggest for this purpose or any general advice? Thanks.

I've heard of that before, but I think that it was a real slim one. Shulgin did an experiment where he took a low dose of mdma one afternoon, hoping he could use it like amphetamine and therefore gets lots of work done. He ended up not getting much done!

By beneficial, I meant more from an emotional standpoint. I wouldn't be taking MDMA and doing research, haha.
