Any long term (6+ months) daily users of Racetams or other Nootropics out there? Care to post your stories?

I'm curious about the long term effects of these substances and stacks. If you have been using Noots for a while now and would like to post the good and the bad or even just that nothing went wrong after long term use I encourage you to do so.

I would love to edit this post and document people's case studies with these substances, I see tons of first time experiences but no long term experience posts here or on other sites.

I see, many thanks! Do you "cycle" off any of these? If so, what is the schedule and why did you choose such? Sorry for the interrogation :) I've recently become much more serious about my nootropic supplementation (i.e. going from a couple one-size-fits-all retail formulas to buying, blending, and capsuling 'bulk powders') and am interested in dialing it in as quickly as possible and with relative high safety.

It depends on the stack, what my dosages have been, how exhausted my brain feels, etc. Usually I like the 3 week on, 1 week off routine for the racetams. The bacopa, L-theanine, and caffeine I usually go longer on. Most of the time, I like to switch up what I am using as far as racetams. I like to experiment and try new things.

First I'll start with the nootropic stack. Noopept is good, but is going to take time to build up. I also think you need to lower your dose. 25mg is usually to high for most people on a regular basis. I take 15mg and th
