Any long term (6+ months) daily users of Racetams or other Nootropics out there? Care to post your stories?

I'm curious about the long term effects of these substances and stacks. If you have been using Noots for a while now and would like to post the good and the bad or even just that nothing went wrong after long term use I encourage you to do so.
I would love to edit this post and document people's case studies with these substances, I see tons of first time experiences but no long term experience posts here or on other sites.

As someone who just started to dip his toe into nootropics, I can say that 'vocabulary blanks' have happened to me for years and may be a side effect of getting older.

I have also considered that I am just more aware of my "vocabulary blanks" on racetams. Perhaps they are not exacerbating the issue, just making me more aware of it. What's your opinion on that?
