Bit and chewed on my tongue and inside of my mouth last night while rolling, advice on triage the next day?

I went to see Bassnectar last night, and took a hit of 25c-nbome and 200mg of MDMA. When I woke up this morning I realized that I had gotten a bunch of cuts on inside of my mouth. Any advice on helping making it feel better or heal quicker?

Didn't take magnesium glycinate last night, did you? You got to do that man! Destroying the inside of your cheeks sucks!

I'd do a salt water mouth rinse a couple times a day to help keep it clean and let it heal. You might also try taking a sublingual zinc supplement to help speed up the healing process.
