Bit and chewed on my tongue and inside of my mouth last night while rolling, advice on triage the next day?

Original post in this thread

I went to see Bassnectar last night, and took a hit of 25c-nbome and 200mg of MDMA. When I woke up this morning I realized that I had gotten a bunch of cuts on inside of my mouth. Any advice on helping making it feel better or heal quicker?

Does it work for you?

I took about 400mg for a few days before hand, then 500mg on the day I dropped MDMA and it never had a noticeable effect on jaw clenching or teeth grinding.

What brand? And you are sure it was glycinate? I take 400mg an hour before, then take another 400-800mg during. I never have any issues jaw clenching anymore. I've bit my cheeks up before though. It really sucks!

MDMA Neurotoxicity Part 1 (Metabolites)
