Bit and chewed on my tongue and inside of my mouth last night while rolling, advice on triage the next day?

I went to see Bassnectar last night, and took a hit of 25c-nbome and 200mg of MDMA. When I woke up this morning I realized that I had gotten a bunch of cuts on inside of my mouth. Any advice on helping making it feel better or heal quicker?

I think I took 3 of them (450mg) a day for a couple of days, then 600mg before taking MDMA.

I've heard that a lot of brands quality is not very good. The consensus is that magnesium glycinate is the highest quality when it comes from Albion labs. The brands that use it are Carlsons, Blubonnet, Solgar and a few others. Try and find one of those brands.
