Significant mood and sensual improvement immediately following missed day of stack use?

Original post in this thread

For about a week and a half I have been taking this stack

Morning:

200mg L-Theanine

100mg Caffeine

5000IU Vitamin D3

2000mg Fish oil

1600mg Inositol and Choline

1.6g Piracetam

1 Optimen multi-vitamin

5G creatine

Before Sleep:

200mg L-Theanine

5000IU Vitamin D3

2000mg Fish oil

1 Optimen multi-vitamin

So last night after not taking my stack I wake up not feeling much different, but I woke up at 5 am when I usually wake up at 10. Then after not taking my stack this morning I feel signifcantly different, in a good way. Everything is more sensual, my mood is clamer and lifted. I finally understand what people mean by saying music sounds amazing, and I feel like I'm not trapped inside my head whereas I usualy do. What is likely to cause this? Is the stack just kicking in? or do I need to stop something on it? After taking a nap I hap a really vivid dream. I haven't been dreaming at all on the stack.

Have you ever tried take 0mg of choline? Everyone keeps perpetuating the misconception that we must have choline with our racetams. I take no choline supplementation, even when I am on piracetam, oxiracetam, pramiracetam, and noopept. If I take choline, I get depressed. I eat eggs every morning though, so my natural diet works for me. That being said, I too have days where I skip my racetams and feel like a million dollars; almost hypomanic. It's like my brain gets a break from constantly pushing the envelope and always having to learn. It gets a day just to enjoy things. I'm not sure if it's simply a psychological effect, or if there is some physiological reasoning for it as well.
