Can someone recommend me a good B vitamin complex? Preferably one I can order online. Good means that it has all the necessary constitutients, has them in high enough quantity and is relatively cheap. Thanks.

Hence,
unless you are raging alcoholic or something similar, you really shouldn't have a deficiency.
I'm not sure if you've supplemented with them before, but by day 2-3 there is no appreciable difference beyond the color and smell of your urine. B vitamin deficiency without some type of other contributing factor is pretty rare in a western diet rich in whole grains, meats, etc. Furthermore, B6 for example can easily be oversupplemented, resulting in neuropathy, which seems to be the opposite of what we are going for at /r/nootropics.

I supplement with a B complex, sublingually, every single day. No, by day 2-3 I notice the exact same appreciable differences that I did on day 1. My pee has not changed in color or smell. How much are you taking, and what brand? And no, being a raging alcoholic is not the only way to be deficient. Ever hear of being a vegan? Ever hear of Celiacs disease?
