Can someone recommend me a good B vitamin complex? Preferably one I can order online. Good means that it has all the necessary constitutients, has them in high enough quantity and is relatively cheap. Thanks.

I found B vitamin supplementation to have rapidly diminishing returns. After all your liver stores something like a years worth of most of the B vitamins, so unless you are raging alcoholic or something similar, you really shouldn't have a deficiency.
I just save B vitamins for things like test days, interviews, being sick, etc. I haven't noticed an appreciable quality difference from cheap brands to more expensive ones, you'll be pissing out and excreting through your skin most of it anyway (as you'll soon notice from the smell).

You do realize you are making a generalization about all B vitamins from just B12, right? The liver stores B12, not the others. You also do not know why OP needs a B complex. Perhaps he has Crohn's disease and cannot absorb B vitamins from food.
