Can someone recommend me a good B vitamin complex? Preferably one I can order online. Good means that it has all the necessary constitutients, has them in high enough quantity and is relatively cheap. Thanks.

You do realize you are making a generalization about all B vitamins from just B12, right? The liver stores B12, not the others. You also do not know why OP needs a B complex. Perhaps he has Crohn's disease and cannot abs
