Redosing MDMA or use Amphetamine

Hey /r/drugs,
I know that redosing MDMA increasing the neurotoxicity, so I am wondering if using Amphetamines instead of redosing would be less neurotoxic. Also later redoses mostly bring out speed-like effects, so I am assuming it would be better to just use actual speed.
The Amphetamine in question is pharmaceutical D-amphetamine (Dexedrine). I am going to a big EDM show in around 2 months and probably an after party, so I want to be able to keep on partying.

Funny you should mention that, but there are some theories that cocaine will not cause neurotoxicity when mixed with MDMA, like amphetamines will. This arises from the theory that oxidative stress only happens from re-uptake of dopamine into serotonin neurons on the sides of the synapses, but not in the synapse itself. Since cocaine is a re-uptake inhibitor of dopamine and not a releaser like amphetamine, some postulate that the dopamine is not released at the right place to cause damage. Also, the higher affinity of cocaine dopamine to binding sites causes much of the effects of MDMA to wear off. Personally, I do not feel those theories are taking every variable into account. That mixed with the fact that cocaine stops your roll, makes this not a good decision.
