I'd like to see a source for the post office offering free ID's, because frankly I don't believe you.

ID isn't super easy to get for everyone, and why should everyone have an ID. What if you don't drive?

I see no evidence of Post Offices providing IDs. However, each state that passed the voter ID laws has a process to get a free ID. Each state has different processes on how.

While I agree, the poverty line here in the US is slightly higher than many countries. I've seen things in Egypt, Mexico, India, Africa etc. that are on a whole other scale.
