They are not an issue if sufficient enough time has passed from the initial posting. A repost tag would simply inform people that they are not trying to karma whore as badly, or at least that they are being honest about

To be fair, I would not categorize religious people as weak-willed. I see religion as a crutch. A crutch that one uses till they can grow into the ability to be at peace with reality. This does not make them weak willed.
