I was excited to see Nootropics Depot emoxypine show up in a web search but I cannot find it on the actual ND website.
Is this a product that will become available again?

So where can someone find it being listed as being illegal anywhere? Or the redcoats can just make anything up on the fly when they feel like it without it being on paper anywhere? I can't quite find any law that explicitly bans a lot of these substances and classifies them as illegal.

The government maintains that Congress only made two categories: foods and drugs. Where I thought there was a third category for nootropics that just had not been fleshed out yet, the government disagreed. Their position is that if something doesn't meet the strict definition of food, that it is BY DEFAULT a drug. This means something like piracetam is by default a drug, because it is not a food. It doesn't matter if you are not trying to treat a disease with it. So that means the act of selling it violates 21 USC § 331. Specifically it means that selling something like piracetam to consumers is a violation of subsection (a): "The introduction or delivery for introduction into interstate commerce of any food, drug, device, tobacco product, or cosmetic that is adulterated or misbranded." That's where you will find the law stating it is illegal. Now how would you know that is the government's position? Well you have to look in a lot of other places to know that. I do think it should be made much more clear for everyone, so there is not this idea of some gray area that doesn't exist.
