I was excited to see Nootropics Depot emoxypine show up in a web search but I cannot find it on the actual ND website.
Is this a product that will become available again?

what about the companies not claiming to be anything but research chem sellers you know who i mean, Those products are still legal to sell as long as sold as not for human consumption correct? I know this is a grey area and one you stepped out of, So your saying it’s just a matter of time?

That is not correct. I spoke to the FDA OCI and Department of Justice about all this. They maintain that they are illegal to sell under any circumstances, and any one doing so is breaking multiple federal laws. Even the act of declaring them as research compounds is conspiracy to defraud the US government (18 U.S.C. § 371), entry of goods by false statements (18 U.S.C. § 542), smuggling (18 U.S.C. § 545), and making false statements (18 U.S.C. § 1001). All "research chem" sellers are being watched by the federal government.
