I was excited to see Nootropics Depot emoxypine show up in a web search but I cannot find it on the actual ND website.
Is this a product that will become available again?

It is illegal to sell in the United States, according to the federal government. They raided our facility and totally fucked my life for a few years, so no... I will not be risking that again. Anyone else currently selling it is at the very least under active investigation by the federal government, if not in line to be targeted next. They investigated me for 5 years before they raided us, so time in the market is not an indication they are not going to come for you. I wish I had been better informed about the legalities when I saw other vendors being raided, but I naively thought us not getting enforcement letters was an indication the government thought we were doing things right. NOPE! The civil side of the FDA is totally separate from the OCI side, or office of criminal investigations. You not hearing anything from the FDA doesn't mean they think you are all good. It could mean you are under active criminal investigation, and they are waiting for the time to strike. Any vendors reading this right now, you have been warned. I wish someone had warned me.
