I was excited to see Nootropics Depot emoxypine show up in a web search but I cannot find it on the actual ND website.
Is this a product that will become available again?

You are a truly a blessing and your company has done more good than any pharmaceutical company has or will ever do.
Good job on not catching that felony I was acquitted of 16 but served time on conspiracy to commit which is essentially the mens rea idea on paper you spoke of.
I essentially had to plead guilty for them to drop the other charges as I claimed ignorance to the fact of the matters.
To anyone reading this that has not done time for an issue so bureaucratically incompetent please pipe down 👍🏼😅

There is a reason that 90-97% of federal charges result in people pleading guilty. The United States government is the most powerful entity in the history of humanity. They have the resources to throw at you that you can't even begin to match, and they have strategies that you are powerless to defend against. One that many don't know about is the strategy of freezing your assets by convincing the court that they were part of a criminal enterprise, and were thus illegally obtained. The bar for this is low, and they almost always get it granted by the courts. This means many federal law enforcement agencies use it as a strategy to get you to plea guilty. They literally freeze all your assets so you have nothing to pay lawyers to defend yourself. They freeze your bank accounts and seize cars, houses, and personal items. You have to prove they were not ill-gotten to get them back, but you can't do that without lawyers that can argue that for you. Also, many people don't realize how expensive these types of lawyers are. My lead ones were $1,200 per hour, with the lower associates as part of the case in the $400-700 per hour range. I had legal meetings where we literally had 8 lawyers in the room at one time. This means that as we sat there, I was paying over $5,000 per hour just in fees for the lawyers sitting in the room. Then they had countless meetings and calls without me, where they worked on our case. Every lawyer that was in those calls and meetings charged their hourly rate as they did. The statute of limitations on most of these laws is 5 years. This means that the government can charge you for anything in the previous 5 years, even if you had stopped doing it years prior. This means that any owners still operating in this space can be charged with something that happened years prior... things they thought were well behind them. The government can have teams of people going through every email, every document, every piece of evidence for years looking for anything anyone at your organization did that was not 100% above board. They literally had over 50 armed federal agents from multiple federal agencies around the country raid us. They had lawyers from the Department of Justice from New Hampshire, New York, and Washington DC working on my case. I spent $3,500,000 in legal fees all said and done. Most people wouldn't be able to do that; especially if they had their assets frozen in the process.
Another big thing that people don't realize is that the US is divided into 94 federal districts. Each district has its own US Attorney running it. You would think that if the federal government is charging you, all claims against you need to come at that time, but that is not the case. You can be charged for one crime in one federal district, and then you can be charged again for the same crime in a totally different district. That's right... If the federal government wants to totally fuck your life, they can do it over and over and over again all over the country in different federal districts. It's up to each US Attorney in each district to decide if they want to do that independently. The power that the federal government has is almost immeasurable. This is why 90-97% of all federal charges result in a plea deal. There is no winning in fighting if the federal government wants to destroy you. They will find a way to do it if they want to.
