Alcohol Question - Supplements to Prevent the Damage?

I’m looking for a stack to take \before\ drinking to mitigate its damaging effects as much as possible (even at the cost of feeling a buzz). I respect the experience/opinions of this community so I’m looking for insights here.
Let’s just say you \have\ to drink at an occasion, what are the best supplements to take ahead of time?
I’m aware of ND’s Alcohol Defense, but under its Suggested Use it says:
\”DO NOT take Alcohol Defense before drinking, or it may interfere with your ability to feel the effects of alcohol.”\
Does that mean if it’s taken before, it will aid with preventing the damage?
I’m familiar with things like NAC - are there other supplements along a similar vein that anyone here would recommend?

Makes sense with the dampening effect. I just want to drink for the optics, so ideally I’d not feel a thing and piss it straight out of my system. It sounds like that’s actually aligned with what I’m looking for.
For Glutathione - do you recommend Reduced Glutathione or S-Phenylacetyl L-Glutathione more for this case? Or is a combination of all 3 variants best?
For NMN/NR - Would OptiNAD+ be an even superior alternative here? I’m guessing you recommend both the day of drinking and in subsequent days.
Thank you so much for reading, giving your insight, and all that you do for the community!

Reduced glutathione is good if you take it daily, but it has low bioavailability, so it has to build up over time. S-acetyl and S-phenylacetyl are much more acute. I actually combine them all daily. That's a big overkill. You could just take S-acetyl if you wanted. However, the phenylacetyl has slightly different pharmacokinetics, so it gets to different places. If you want the best chance of getting it where it needs to go, the combo of all 3 is best.
