Did shipping just get even more expensive?

As you can see here the "Handling" adds so much extra on top of the shipping price, $56 for Fedex and $67 for DHL which is honestly nuts. It's a lot lower if I choose the much slower "Standard Worldwide Mail" shipping method and is only $2 then. I'm confused because this extra handling price didn't happen with my previous orders which I used Fedex for, did something change?

I honestly overlooked handling the first time and you saying Norway now makes sense.

Normally it doesn't split it out like that. It just shows it all as the shipping fee. However, when we created this zone to update the remote area fees, the checkbox got left on, separating the base shipping rate from the remote area fee. I just had my team fix it to avoid confusion. People see handling fees and think we're charging them and keeping the money, but that's not the case. It's the mail carriers raping all of us equally.
