Did shipping just get even more expensive?

As you can see here the "Handling" adds so much extra on top of the shipping price, $56 for Fedex and $67 for DHL which is honestly nuts. It's a lot lower if I choose the much slower "Standard Worldwide Mail" shipping method and is only $2 then. I'm confused because this extra handling price didn't happen with my previous orders which I used Fedex for, did something change?

The supreme court will likely take the case up, and then drag out their ruling on it. I have zero faith they will actually end in October. They'll take up the case, stay the ruling while they assess, then wait till the absolute last second to do a final rule.
