Reward Points Issue

Is anyone else having issues with the reward points? I’ve had 887 points and it’s remained unchanged through my last two orders. just was curious if anyone else has had a similar issue.

I had an issue with rewards points disappearing, customer service resolved it thankfully. Hopefully it doesn't keep happening

It won't. We fixed the issue now, so we just need to adjust points for those that placed orders in the 3 week period the setting was changed for.
